We often tell ourselves we’re going to commit to a healthier lifestyle, such as waking up early to work out or eating better, but rarely follow through. However, part of this is okay.
I didn’t write The Fast Forward Mindset in order to make people feel bad about themselves. Rather, even if you don’t keep 100% of your commitments, taking action toward something is better than not doing anything at all.
